I have to say this is wedding at Jacob Smith House in Lacey, Washington was one of my most emotional to-day. Brooke had warned me that their would be lots of happy tears at our last meeting before their wedding. On a very hot Sunday day in July Brooke married her best friend Wade. Wade was absolutely amazing in the heat wearing his military formal blue uniform. Brooke & Wade exchanged letters to each other than it was time for 2 first looks, one with Brooke and her dad & Brooke and Wade’s. Brooke is the first of her sisters to get married and her dad seeing her in her dress for the first time was very important to Brooke to be documented. Lots of happy tears were shed between her dad and her, it was really a special moment for them. Then it was Wade’s turn to see Brooke for the first time, it was such a sweet moment for them and again a few happy tears were shed. After their photos we did bridal party and family then it was time for their ceremony.
Their ceremony was officianted by Brooke’s sisters boyfriend and he was awesome. After personal vows to one another they were announced as Mr & Mrs! Congratulations to Brooke & Wade I love your pictures and it was such an honor to be part of your special day.
I officially love doing first looks Dad’s I am going to start recommending them for all my brides.
