I always say fall is my favorite season maybe that’s because spring her in the Pacific Northwest can either be beautiful or rainy, so completely unpredictable. Either way I am loving spring this year! And maybe it’s because of these spring engagement photos I took of Krista & Troy. Krista & Troy are getting married this week and I can’t wait for their spring wedding in beautiful Gig Harbor.

Krista & Troy met via Match.com and got engaged last summer when Troy popped the big question to Krista at his families beach house on the Oregon coast. Troy’s proposal sound amazing, he asked Krista while they were having a bond fire on the beach under a sky full of stars.

When it was time to plan their engagement session the location was a bit of a challenge but after Krista saw my engagement session from Kayla & Marijo’s engagement photos she decided Point Defiance Park was a prefect place for them! For their engagement session Krista and Troy wanted to also get a few family shots with Troy’s two sons Caleb & Elijah. Even though the rose garden at Point Defiance wasn’t in bloom yet there was still plenty of spring beauty at the park! I think to date Krista & Troy’s spring engagement photos are my favorite spring related photos. I’m all about making pretty photos and these are super pretty!
