Wedding #2 for 2015 was nothing short than perfection. From venue Canterwood Golf and Country Club located in Gig Harbor, Washington to the bride’s gorgeous dress to the small little details that they had. It was seriously a great day. Krista & Troy’s wedding was very small which is what I love to be a part of. Krista did her own makeup which I couldn’t believe but it turned out amazingly and it shows in the pictures.

Their ceremony was outside and the weather was amazing! Troy has two son’s from a previous relationship and they were his best men along with Krista’s Brother. Troy’s uncle was the officiant which made it even more personal & special. For their unity ceremony they did a Fisherman’s knot combining a pink rope & a blue rope into a knot. As soon as I saw them do this I knew what I would be doing the ring shot on. After written vows to one another and sealing their vows with a kiss they walked back down the aisle as their guest blew bubbles towards them.

During the reception they had speeches open to anyone that wanted to say some words towards the couple. After all the guest said they’re kind words it was Troy’s turn. I normally my couples don’t say much during the speeches besides thanking there guest for coming but Troy had 2 pages of kind words he wanted to share with his bride & guest. He thanked his Mother for helping him while being a single parent and going to school, then he thanked his Uncle & Aunt for supporting him, his new in-laws for accepting him & the boys as part of their family & finally he thanks his new wife Krista for being his strength and light. And let me tell you their wasn’t a dry eye in the room including myself after that speech. I love those moments and I find that I cry during all my weddings now. It’s so amazing to be part of a couples special day and I really love all these photos from Krista & Troy’s day. Congratulations you two and enjoy your photos!
