For my 3rd wedding of 2018, I got to stay closer to home and document at a wedding at Courthouse Square here in Tacoma. Amanda & Keith’s wedding also fell on St. Patrick Days so there was lots of green accents. Amanda & Keith chose to do a first look at Tacoma’s famous Glass Museum after doing some portraits of just the 2 of them then we did their bridal party. After bridal party portraits, we head over to the Courthouse Square for their ceremony.

Courthouse Square has 2 different event rooms and the couple got married in the Gallery Room which was perfect for their wedding! So once we to Courthouse Square I realized we were near a very famous bridge here in Tacoma that is great for being background. So I had asked the couple if we could take 15 minutes after the ceremony to take some photos at the bridge since we weren’t doing any golden hour. These photos at the bridge were wonderful and I love we got the do some pretty movement dress photos!

After the bridge photos, we did their family portraits then it was time for the reception! So what I thought was awesome instead of cake the couple had ice cream from Tacoma’s own Ice Cream Social. I love ice cream so the fact it was at a wedding was AMAZING!
