In the summer of 2019, I headed to the Gifford Pinchot National forest for Stephanie & Eli’s elopement right on the river. I met the couple at their Airbnb in Packwood for some getting ready and their first look at a cute spot near the cabin. After an emotional first look, we headed to the ceremony spot which was perfect and private right on the river in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
Stephanie and spend months making paper cranes for an amazing backdrop of their alter. It was a beautiful ceremony officiated by Stephanie’s brother and very quickly they were married! After hugs and happy tears, we did portraits of the family that attended.
Finally, after everyone went back to the cabins we did their couples portraits. We ended the session with a private first dance right by the river in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It was so wonderful to be part of this sweet couple’s elopement at the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. I would love to do another elopement at this very beautiful place!
