Back in September, I had the pleasure of doing a 35 wedding anniversary shoot at Little Mashel Falls near Eatonville, WA which is a new location for me. Pam had reached out to me about doing an anniversary shoot for her husband and her at Wahclella Falls after seeing my multiple shoots there. Sadly the Eagle Creek Fire also effect this job as we were going to do their anniversary session there. So once it became clear that Wahclella Falls was going to be closed for the unforeseen future Pam got to work looking for a new waterfall spot.
After many text and phone calls back and forth we decided on Little Mashel Falls as our best option for a similar look to Wahclella Falls. Pam had informed me that she and Walt had never really had photos done before so they were excited to document this fun and unique moment in their lives.
At Little Mashel Falls there are 3 different falls in the area. We started at the lower one which was nice but not what we were looking for so we decided to keep hiking up to the higher falls. We decided to skip the middle one and go right to the upper falls which were perfect and we had the falls to ourselves the whole time.
At the end of the shoot, Pam and Walt even got in the water! It was such a great anniversary shoot at Little Mashel Falls!
We couldn’t be happier with the way these turned out! Moments that will always be remembered. Thank you again for working with us and capturing our love ♥ Walt’s always been my hand holder through all the ups and downs but in the end, it’s all been worth it to share this life together as one! Cheers Jenny!
