So this yesterday Pat and I celebrated out 2nd wedding anniversary. For our honeymoon we went to the Oregon Coast so we decided to go to the beach again but to a closer beach Long Beach on our Washington Coast. Both Pat and I couldn’t ever remember a time in our lives when we had been to Long Beach so great time to discovery a new place closer to home. Of course when planning this trip we had to stay at a dog friendly lodging because Teddy had to experience the beach for the first time too!  We stayed at Lighthouse Oceanfront Resort which was great a 2 minute walk to the beach, had a kitchen and was dog friendly. I think 95% of the people staying their had a dog with them so Teddy who is always ready to make friends was in doggie heaven. We explored the peninsula going to Oysterville which was the first settlement in the Washington Territory, spent a lot of time at the beach, ate lots of yummy food, drank lots of beer and all in all a great long weekend with my hubby & Teddy.
