In May of this year I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Casey of Phreckle Face Photography on a wedding of her at Port Gamble. This town is about really only like 2 blocks big and the church is one side of town and the reception hall is on the other side. The couple Katie and Stephen got ready in some cottages near the town center then we did the couple’s first look including a very special guest their dog. After their first look Katie had a surprise for Stephen with a classic car for them to use for some photos. It was a very awesome surprise for Stephen. After that it was time for their ceremony, it was in the in the very old St. Paul Church. After the ceremony that was officiated by Stephen’s father the couple got to ring the bell of the church announcing to the town they were married.
At their reception Katie and Stephen had one of the most creative centerpieces I have ever seen. They used old books for their centerpieces and had mad libs for guest to fill out. It was a great day and love to be part of it, thanks Casey for bring me along to help you with this beautiful wedding.
Beautiful photos! This was such a sweet and lovely wedding at Port Gamble. I loved the vintage feel of this wedding, and everyone looks like they were having the time of their lives!
Port Gamble seems to be a great place for weddings! Very colorful and peaceful! Great story and I really like your journalistic style!
What a beautiful Port gamble wedding. I love the vintage cream colored car. Looks like the bride and groom really incorporated some great little touches to make the wedding their own. Everything looks so sweet and loving- especially the portraits at the end.
This bride and groom picked the perfect spot in Port Gamble for their wedding. The images you’ve captured are absolutely perfect. Your photographs tell the story of their wedding day so beautifully.
Port Gamble is such a cool location for a wedding! Katie and Stephen look just over the moon to have tied the knot, but really without these beautiful images they wouldn’t be able to look back on such a wonderful day. I love the artistic feel of your formal portraits with the sun radiating over the couple. But, honestly the YMCA dance moves had me cracking up!
There may not be much to Port Gamble, but that church sure is quaint and it was perfect for this wedding! This bride and groom are obviously so much in love, and you captured all of that through your beautiful wedding photography.
Beautiful wedding photography, Jenny Storment Photography! You really capture a natural love between this sweet couple!
Port Gamble is such a beautiful spot for a wedding! I really enjoyed seeing their day enfold from start to finish through your photography! And I love how they have their golden retriever dog in their first look photos!
