Everything about this Puget Sound elopement had the tide and weather on our side. Micah & Rachel had decided to get married in front of 3 friends at a friend’s beach house right on the Puget Sound in the Key Penisula. So I have to say this day couldn’t have gone any better. The weather had been raining off and on a very typical fall day for the PNW. But seriously we lucked out so much having the tide out for the couple to have their ceremony on the beach. Then the weather held off too it was windy but the rain stayed away so we could get lots of photos of them out on the beach.
Micah & Rachel decided to do a first look which was so sweet then we headed down to the beach for their ceremony officiated by their good friend. After their very special ceremony we did photos with their friends to mark the occasion then it was time for the bride and groom portraits. Micah & Rachel had a few photo requests and one I was really excited about…. back when they were dating they told me they had this photos of Micah lift Rachel in a very random moment but it turned out awesome. They really wanted to try to duplicate and I have to say I’m pretty proud of that photo specifically.
Another favorite moment was when they exchanged gifts. Such a special day and I felt so honor to be part of capturing Micah & Rachel’s Puget Sound Elopement, thank you for trusting me with such an important job. Congratulations on your new adventure!
