A few weeks ago I head back to Red Barn Studios to document Jen & Jay’s wedding day. After having a long hot dry summer so far their wedding day fell on a day where there was clouds, it was cooler (a relief for me) and even a few rain showers. Since my last wedding at Red Barn Studios was inside I was excited that their actual ceremony was going to be outside. Their ceremony was under a huge tree in a field a perfect place to get married. Jen & Jay did not want to see each other before the ceremony so it was very exciting to document Jay’s reaction to seeing Jen for the first time. Right after I Do’s it started raining, then after we did the couples photos later that evening it started raining again. The weather gods were in our favor that day. I’m so excited to share this little sneak peek of their day, I’m almost done with their photos and can’t wait to share them with the couple. What a fun Rustic Red Barn Studios wedding! I love the shot of the bride as she makes her grand exit out of the red barn to the ceremony. It is such an exciting moment and you can feel the nervousness, excitement, and every other emotion all at once in the image ๐
Jenny, you always do such an amazing job capturing all the beautiful moments for these Tacoma brides and grooms! This location is so beautiful and such a great place for a wedding. I bet the overcast weather helped pop the colors in these photos as well. So pretty!

What a beautiful Red Barn wedding! I love the emotion on the groom’s face as the bride is coming down the aisle. The clouds gave you perfect light for ceremony photos. You captured their whole story beautifully!
Red Barn Studios looks like an awesome location for a country or rustic wedding! The bride and the groom look like they had a great time at their wedding.
