Elope 253 is one of those hidden gems here in Tacoma! I was so excited with Maya and Gaeton reached out about me documenting their elopement at the very cute venue. On the big day, I went to Maya’s mother’s house where she was getting ready.
After getting ready and some portraits we headed downtown to Elope 253. The couple did a first look right in front of the chapel then we did all the family portraits since only the 2 witnesses and myself were allowed inside because of covid restrictions. After family portraits, we headed inside for their ceremony. The couple’s mothers were their witnesses and Rochelle the owner/officiant of Elope 253 did the officiating for the ceremony.
After they were announced married the couple sent back outside where they were greeted by all their family with bubbles! After hugs and congratulations, the couple and I headed over to the Tacoma Glass Museum for their portraits.
It was such a fun day to be part of Maya & Gaeton’s elopement at Elope 253. I hope I can do more elopements there in the future!
