I love a good Backyard Summer Wedding! Lauren and Isaac are my second wedding reschedule because of covid. These two originally supposed to get married back in April but again thinking August would be safe they moved forward with a new date on a Wednesday in August. As I had a lot of wedding dates got moved I appreciate them picking a weekday for their new date.
The backdrop for this summer backyard wedding was Lauren’s childhood house. What is so wonderful is Lauren’s parent lives across the street from a Christmas tree farm which was awesome for photos!
Lauren and Isaac decided not to see each other before the ceremony. But before the ceremony, Lauren did a first look with her dad. It was a sweet moment before the ceremony. Lauren’s brother officiated the ceremony and the couple did personal vows to each other before being announced and Mr. & Mrs!
After the couple was married we headed over to the Christmas Tree farm for family and wedding party portraits. I love that the couple had all Isaac’s nieces as the flower girls! They were beyond cute! After a quick bite to eat then we headed back over to the Christmas Tree farm for the couple’s portraits. We finished the perfect Summer Backyard wedding with speeches, cake cutting, and dancing!
I am so happy the couple got their wedding this summer and didn’t have to postpone again. The one thing covid can’t ruin is love and I was so honored to be part of Lauren & Isaac’s summer backyard wedding!
