An Autumn Wedding at The Kelley Farm | Kylin and Jens

I am beyond excited to share this beautiful autumn wedding I documented at the Kelley Farm in October. This was the second wedding I did this year at the Kelley Farm.

Jens and Kylin’s wedding plans changed a lot due to Covid. The couple got lucky and snagged one of the spots that the Kelley Farm was offering on 10.10.2020. Because of Covid a lot of venues started offering micro weddings where they would bring in several couples on one day. Since 10.10 is a popular date anyway and it felt on a Saturday this year it was naturally a date that was super popular!

The Kelley Farm was offering 4 spots where couples could have up to 30 people at their wedding ceremony. I am so happy Kylin and Jens changed their plans to have their ceremony at Kelley Farm.

Leading up to the big day the weather was threatening rain but thankfully it only rained a little in the morning and a little when we were at Kelley Farm. The couple got ready at Kylin’s parent’s house where they also did their first look. Before Kylin and Jens saw each other Kylin and her father did a very emotional first look. Kylin’s parents decorated their driveway with lots and lots of pumpkins totally fitting in with the theme of their wedding! So of course that is where we did the couple’s first look. The couple did their private vows right after the first look.

After their first look, it was time for the couple to head over to the Kelley Farm. When we got to Kelley Farm we were greeted by Cali from Holcomb Weddings she was the coordinator for the micro weddings ceremonies that were happening that day. The ceremony was inside the actual barn and it was decorated beautifully with lots of pumpkins along the aisle.

The ceremony was beautiful and I was so excited we got to do portraits outside since the rain stopped! Their portraits are some of my favorites! When our time was up at Kelley Farm we headed back to Kylin’s parents for the couple’s first dance and a few more night portraits! This wedding was seriously such a beautiful autumn day and an honor to be part of their day!
